In the past 2 years, Chef Thushara has catered more than 200 weddings in the Cancun, Mexico area, which means he has delighted the palettes of more than 36,000 wedding guests. He is currently in charge of the culinary development of the Indian cuisine at Generations Riviera Maya, enhancing the flavor profile at Habb restaurant and he was behind creating and implementing a brand new exciting South Asian Gourmet Celebration Cuisine menu. He will be infusing this concept throughout all our resorts in Riviera Maya in the form of theme nights, food displays, and special event menus featuring his cuisine, which is as authentic as it is delicious.
